RETURN POLICY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Stohlquist WaterWare products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials. Consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or loss of property, and damage are excluded. For consideration under this warranty, and you are the original purchaser, and you purchased the Stohlquist WaterWare product from an authorized Stohlquist dealer, please return the item directly to Stohlquist WaterWare, with your proof of purchase (sales receipt). An authorized agent will then arrange, at no charge to you, the repair or replacement of the product. This is Stohlquist WaterWare, Inc.'s sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. In order for any claim to be processed, warranty information must be on file, and have been sent no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Any replacement product is warranted to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect, caused by misuse, abuse or accident and is not transferrable.

Therefore, any Stohlquist product that fails this warranty or is damaged or altered in any way may be repaired for a nominal charge where applicable.
